Introduction
Tarun Biswas is a litigator of more than twelve years, with a practice built on real estate and property law and extending across a broad field of disputes. He acts for both developers and allottees in complex real estate matters and high value property transactions, and represents individuals, companies and business houses in litigation of every kind.
His work spans matrimonial disputes, civil and criminal matters, commercial litigation and domestic as well as international arbitration. A postgraduate of the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, he has appeared before a wide range of judicial and quasi judicial forums, including District Courts, High Courts, Tribunals and Arbitral Tribunals across the country.
